The Allergen Bureau shares information within the food industry on the management of food allergens so consumers receive relevant, consistent and easy to understand information on food.
- Allergy New Zealand Allergy New Zealand is an organisation that provides information and help to those who have an allergy or multiple allergies. We recommend that you have a look at their website. It is an excellent site for sourcing support groups, updates, product alerts, research, media releases, special events, meetings and so forth.
- Allergy New Zealand Allergy Pharmacy is New Zealands specialist online allergy shop, stocking a full range of allergy supplies, from medicine and epipens to mite guard bedding and allergy friendly teddies.

An excellent website full of information and guidance.

This is a great website providing access to information and suport groups.
- Coeliac Society of New Zealand The Coeliac Society of New Zealand promotes the welfare of children and adults who have been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease and Dermatitis Herpetiformis. They provide members with a manual containing information on the disease, diet, support and assistance.
- Crohn's & Colitis Support Group Excellent support group. Information, help, newsletters, leaflets. If you have been diagnosed with either Crohn's or Colitis, this is the website for you.
- Dr Rodney Ford Dr Rodney Ford is based in Christchurch, NZ and is a world authority on gastroenterology, nutrition and food allergy. Go here to find out which blood test you need to have done to determine whether you are a coeliac or gluten sensitive. Recipes, information, stories.....a great website!

- Manufactured Food Database This is the NZ Maufactured Food Database which has been compiled from information voluntarily supplied by New Zealand food manufacturers. You can browse for lists of food in NZ free from allergens. An extremely useful site!
- Parent 2 Parent Parent 2 Parent is a great website with information and support for parents with children with special needs and/or disabilities.
