Casalare commenced as a tourist retail store in 1988 and has grown to a complete manufacturing facility situated in North Central Victoria, Australia. “Our aim has been to develop gluten-free pasta that tastes as near as possible to traditional pasta” says Barry. “I believe we have achieved this and we are always looking to new innovative products to keep our customers happy”.
