"LEDA Nutrition", started producing gluten and dairy free health food bars in 1996, to cater for the increasing dietary and allergenic requirements. Through some new innovative processes, we introduced a co-extruded fruit-filled bar range launching our LEDA Gluten Free Multipack, available in 3 flavours - Triple Berry, Strawberry & Apple/cinnamon. The convenience of 5 bars in a box offers a healthy snacking choice using only natural ingredients, with no added sugar and is Sulphite free. In 2006 we created the ultimate Chocolate biscuit, launching two lines Choculence and Minton . These products saw the emergence of a new gluten and dairy free era, offering delicious cream filled, chocolate coated biscuits! Flavours - Double chocolate (Choculence) and Mint chocolate (Minton). Further exciting biscuit and cookie lines have since been added including Gingernuts, Coconut, Golden Crunch (gf Anzac) and Choc Chip cookies, offering low allergy and dietary alternatives to popular mainstream lines.
