Made from 100% soy beans & naturally fermented for up to 6 months giving it unique flavour enhancing properties. Add to gravies, sauces etc or use as a marinade & in stir-fry dishes
Ingredients
whole soybeans, salt, alcohol (derived from corn) to preserve freshness. Handled on the same line as products containing sesame, peanut, tree nuts & gluten.
About Ceres
Ceres has developed to be New Zealand's foremost distributor for Organic products; including dry goods, skin, body, hair care and colours, household cleaning and fresh produce. They started their journey with humble beginnings as a school fair stall in 1982, growing to a small business based in a garage. From here, a retail shop was established which still operates at 181 Ladies Mile, Ellerslie, Auckland and today they employ 70 people and operate a large warehousing facility and head office.
