Spelt is an ancient grain perfrct for baking. It is usually well tolerated by people with a wheat sensitivity. Whan using in place of wheat flour, add slightly more spelt flour & reduce the amount of liquid. Spelt contains GLUTEN.

About Ceres
Ceres has developed to be New Zealand's foremost distributor for Organic products; including dry goods, skin, body, hair care and colours, household cleaning and fresh produce. They started their journey with humble beginnings as a school fair stall in 1982, growing to a small business based in a garage. From here, a retail shop was established which still operates at 181 Ladies Mile, Ellerslie, Auckland and today they employ 70 people and operate a large warehousing facility and head office.
