The white flesh of the coconut is sun-dried to remove excess moisture & then cold-pressed to extract high quality virgin coconut oil that is rich in "good" fatty acids. It is stable to use in cooking. Handled on the same line as products containing soy, peanut, tree nuts & gluten.

About Ceres
Ceres has developed to be New Zealand's foremost distributor for Organic products; including dry goods, skin, body, hair care and colours, household cleaning and fresh produce. They started their journey with humble beginnings as a school fair stall in 1982, growing to a small business based in a garage. From here, a retail shop was established which still operates at 181 Ladies Mile, Ellerslie, Auckland and today they employ 70 people and operate a large warehousing facility and head office.
