Potato starch, wholegrain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, whole corn flour, evaporated cane juice, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sod bicarb, corn starch & monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, sea salt ( magnesium carbonate), xanthan gum.
