Teff is a highly nutritious grain ( in fact it is the smallest grain in the world). Compared to other grain, it has a much larger percentage of bran & germ, therefore is a very good source of dietary fibre, protein & iron. It has a light, unique flavour. Substitute up to 1/4 cup Teff flour per cup of other flour in baking. Manufactured in a facility that also uses tree nuts & soy.
